We have completed pilot-testing an assessment of hundreds of participants, measuring their characteristics against common characteristics of successful members of widely dispersed self managed virtual teams. I am anxious to restart work as soon as possible. I am seeking a new psychometrist, IRT expert, who has relationships with publishers of assessments or a company offering both services.
The 21st century global marketplace is the dispersed virtual teams. The scholarly literature had never dealt with the fact that there simply are professionals predisposed to either be successful or unsuccessful as members of such teams. Human resources and management has been hiring virtual workers, without a Tool to screen applicants. The result has been a high turnover. We need to provide such a tool...an IRT based assessment. Universities do not train students in such work by offering courses dealing with how to function properly on such teams.
We need to market to all international companies. The initial work could be expanded to offerings for universities and more. I hope you and your company would entertain such a concept and or put me in contact with a company that may be anxious to joint-venture. I look forward to hearing from you,

Overview
This project is intended to fill a specific set of user needs. It is based on the following data:
- We co-created sharable VIPanel protocols from Minnesota Joint Computer Conference (MJCC) collaboration experiences ... (1975-95)
- University of Saint Thomas Graduate Programs in Software adapted sharing protocols for Upper Midwest "CyberCrime Fighting Forum" 2000.
- Capella-U's School of Business Dean Kurt Linberg (E.C. Joseph, Sr doctoral student) co-created sustainable "virtual team tutoring" courseware!
- As our economy rebounds, there is an opportunity to provide exposure to small-medium enterprises seeking effective "social capital" leverage.
Objectives
This project should have the following impact on our organization:
- Establish MNF as a coordinator for exposure of a broad range of small and midsize enterprises (SME) to the community and investors
- Increase our visibility and credibility in our community
- Increase our membership through this increase in visibility and credibility
- Provide a new forum and new venue for Special Presentations of a Topic Specific Nature
- Establish a new revenue stream for MNF, through admission charge that, through good attendance, exceeds costs
